The Power of your Subconscious mind | How to use Subconscious mind.

FAVOURABLE AND UNFAVOURABLE CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND REACTION OF YOUR MIND

Before starting the topic I would like to ask one question that, Does our needs to react on all the favorable or unfavorable situation of life ?

One of the great personalities had said earlier that, if mind is utilized effectively then no other master is needed to guide but if it is not then no need for enemy. Human body, a large muscular structure consisting of many body organs and tissues like heart, liver, legs, hands, eyes, nose etc. but one of the most important body organ is our brain or in simple words we can say it is a human computer.

Now if I ask what is life? What you all will say. Some will say that it is way of living, some say that it is a gift of god given to survive. Yes, to some extent you all are correct. But what I think it is just a journey from B to D only.

B -------------> D

Yes according to me in my opinion life is that much, just a long journey from B (Birth) to D (Death)

And if there is a life then there must be a purpose for that, so what are the purposes. In earlier stages of life get a proper level of education, then after marriage and family and profession, then finally in old stages just to live happily the leftover life, then after time of life’s harsh reality comes that is, Death.

But the journey is very long from birth to death. So, there must be some surprising as well as challenging situations at every point of time in everyone’s life. And now we need to know that how mind will react with these challenging situation. Also we will find the answer of the question that does our mind needs to react on all kinds of situation of life.

How are mind works?

You have a mind, and should learn how to use it. There are two levels of your mind – conscious or rational level, and the subconscious and the irrational level. You think with your conscious mind and whatever you habitually think sinks down under your subconscious mind, which creates according to the nature of your thoughts. Your subconscious mind is the seat of your emotions and is the creative mind. If you think good, good will follow and if you think evil, evil will follow. This is how your mind works.

The main point to remember is once the subconscious mind accepts an idea, it begins to execute it. It is an interesting and fine truth that the law of the subconscious mind works for good and bad ideas alike. This law, when applied in a negative way, is the cause of failure, frustration, and unhappiness. However, when your habitual thinking is harmonious and constructive, you experience perfect health, success, and prosperity.

This is how our mind works in different types of situations, our mind responds in every situation. No matter whether reaction is positive or negative, also without concerning with the fact that the reaction was needed or not.  So now we will look further that what to do in different situations and we will also see that in what conditions our mind need to respond.

As we all are human, so getting aggressive rapidly is our tendency. Some situations might be occur which makes the person more angry. It is a human psychology that persons mind get more attracted towards negativity instead of positivity. And due to this ongoing psychology of being aggressive, sometimes our decision may also get wrong on which we later regret.

It has being researched that our mind in the mood of anger, could not analyze the situations properly, which results in taking of our wrong decisions.  Yes, I agree with this fact because when a person is in the aggressive mood then he/she could think only think of the initial stages of that decision and cannot think its later impacts. In short, I say that in aggressive mood person looks only on one corner instead of looking and checking it from all the perspective.

Usually I saw these types of problem in young children, in their fights. First they become angry more than required then they over react on situation and at last they decide to fight which is of no use. They do not think about the various consequences of that fight. It was just because the person was feeling extra aggressive at that time due to which our subconscious mind only and only thought for taking revenge.

And then after when the person faces its impact either be negative or be positive then thousands of ideas revolve around and that is only the stage when the person says that he/she is not able to think properly, because there are lots of thoughts revolving around but choosing one is a pretty difficult task but not the impossible one. So this was the example of negative impact of aggression.

Aggression vs.Assertiveness:

The words written above are opposite of one another, One is productive and other one is destructive. Aggression shows the negative and ineffective reaction of your mind which in results makes the matter worse. And opposite to this is Assertiveness, it is a productive as well as a positive form of expression and it is all about standing up yourself.

Now after concerning with so many facts we can come to a point that life is a long journey with full of struggles and sufferings, sometime the way can be easy and sometime it can harsh. So, if we want to live a healthy as well as good going life one should need to be a keen observer.

Now question arises why to be a keen observer?

Yes, need to be a keen observer mean to say that first a person needs to analyze the situation and then react accordingly. Life is full of challenging situations, at every point of time there is a new situation waiting. It is often seen that in maximum number of situations our mind responds in hurry without analyzing it and it leads to wrong decision.

Any action involves 4 basic steps: (A T T I )

  •        A (Analyzing the situation): This is the first step. In this the person need to first see what type of situation is, any action or reaction needed or not. After completely analyzing the situation the person further moves to next step

  •    T (Thinking for the reaction):This is the next step. If the person is fully satisfied with first step then he/she thinks for the type of reaction either negatively or positively. Then after   making a suitable mindset the person moves to next step.

  •      T (Testing of the reaction): This step involves the cross checking of the reaction that was thought to implement. In this the person checks the various impacts of his/her reaction. Then after testing and trusting the thought of reaction, person moves down to final stage of implementing it.

  •     I (Implementing of thought):  This is the final stage where the person delivers his/her reaction.

In any reaction delivering, these 4 steps are necessary but often majority of people   usually forget the 3rd step of testing and after thinking of the reaction thought is implemented directly. So, we need to understand that the 3rd step is most important and it can change the direction of life.

CONCUSIONS:

In last I just like to say that being aggressive and being assertive, there is a lot of difference between both. One is an effective way of behaving and other is an ineffective way of behaving. And I also tell to learn the way to manage ones aggression instead learn the assertive behavior.

Life is very long and to live happily can be only done when there is a balance in negativity and positivity, mean to say that more of positivity and negativity both are dangerous. Situations can be favorable as well as unfavorable, but to tackle out with that one needs to perform all the necessary 4 steps rather than of performing only 3 steps.

Testing and trusting the thought is literally very important part of life, if you will follow this you will never take any wrong decisions. Although it is a difficult task but not the impossible one. At last I suggest you all to go through a Book referred below.
