WHAT SUCCESS IS : PERSONAL AND PUBLIC OPINIONS

Before starting, the topic raises a question that what is the actual success and what it meant to you ?

Success is a kind of state of satisfaction, in which a person thinks that he / she has accomplished his / her aims and is now in a position to fulfill all their requirements. Success can also be defined as the accomplishment of some aim or purpose. Each and every person has many dreams and aims and all vary from one other, but I’m quite sure that among all these aims and dreams one must be common that is to earn more and more money in their life because ultimately everything is money only. If you desire to purchase a house you need money, if you need to buy a luxurious car then you need money. So some and the other way there is a relation of money with your success and this gives rise to a new fact which is also a human believe that if a person has lots of money, then he / she is a successful one also mean to say that money factor is set as a parameter to know that whether a person is successful or not. To some extent this believe is true but we cannot consider this believe in a long run.

But if you ask for my opinion, I say that success is nothing other than the destination and hard work and willpower together forms a path to reach that destination. Also one needs to understand that the path is not very easy, it is loaded with lots of hurdles and obstacles which we called our failures in layman terms.

But what I think is that without failures one could not reach the success, because failures gives experience and also gives the lesson of not doing mistakes or errors again and in keeping this in mind if we do not do that mistakes again, ultimately we will reach to our desired destination of success. So, I personally believe that,

SUCCESS IS THE PHASE AFTER THE FAILURES, SO IF ONE WANTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL THEN HE / SHE MUST HAVE TO FACE THE FAILURES.

Essential Factors to become successful  :

·       Extreme Hard-work : This is the most required factor to achieve the destination of success. One needs to be focused and need to immense hard work. It is the first important key for success.

·        Strong will power: This is the second needed factor to reach the success. It is often seen that after suffering from many failures, one decides to discontinue his/her journey towards success.

·         Clarity of aim : One should have very clear aim towards the goal. Person should be preplanned about its aim or goal.

·        Loss bearing power : Person should be a risk takers and should not get discouraged from the upcoming risks, as it is a very essential element for becoming successful.

Conclusions:

Hence, these are some important factors which pave one’s way of success. As we know that, a tree is formed from a seed only meant to say that seeds are the initial stage of every plant. Suppose there was a seed which later germinates in the form of a strong plant, but at the growing stages that plant seed might suffer from various hurdles like strong winds, water overflow also some people might walked over that plant, but then also after suffering a lot that seed germinates into a plant and later became a strong, immovable and wider branchy tree. Similarly every person is like that seed at their initial stages and failures and unfavorable conditions are the obstacles in our path of success, but some plant seeds are not enough strong so that they could bear these obstacles. And, those plant seeds which stand strong and bear all the unfavorable conditions or obstacles will ultimately later but surely form a vast structure of wide strong tree. Mean to say that be the bearable strong seed rather than being of the weak nature and make your initial strong to make your strong finals. Try to develop all the skills that make your initial strong and as tip I suggest that do the immense hard work but smartly. Working hard is important but smartly you work is more important.  At the end I would only say that achieving success is difficult but not impossible.
