1. Don't judge them or say things like you're useless.

5. If they abuse or got irritated don't rage.
If he/she don't listen you or abuse say to leave them alone say sorry and give them some time. It's hard to change lifestyle. Remember you can't feel like them so try to understand them rather giving them order just request them to do some favour.
6. Keep a clean ( smoke free environment for them) .
Keep your house clean , don't leave anything that remind them of smoking clean clothes, carpets etc.
7. Celebrate their efforts.
They may lose their control after several days of controlling to keep them in a flow just celebrate , like if they are able to control for first day or to control for 3 days and even in a week, do party with them. Let them feel that their efforts aren't useless.
8. What If they aren't ready to quit ?
In such a situation rather than telling them disadvantages of smoking tell them advantages of not smoking and give them a better option what to do instead of smoking.
Tell them to take a challenge to live without smoking for a day and if they are successful reward them with some money 💰 , their fravorite items, and then tell them see if you can quit it for a day you can do it forever.
9. What if they slips?
Well its most common thing among those people who want to quit, so slips will happen remind them they have done it for weeks it's possible to continue it . So don't be sad for that it's common, Nicotine is very addictive it isn't easy to get rid of it . So be patient and keep them also.
10. What if they abuse like shown on above question?
